Refund Policy

1. Credit System

DroidAI uses a credit-based system. Credits are used to submit video reconstruction tasks. 1 credit corresponds to 1 second of video.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Purchased credits are generally non-refundable as they represent the purchase of digital computing resources. Once used for a successful task, they cannot be returned.

3. Failed Tasks

If a reconstruction task fails due to a technical error on our side, your credits will be automatically or manually refunded to your account.

4. Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact our support team within 14 days of the transaction.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription (if applicable) at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
