1. Digital Service Delivery
DroidAI provides video reconstruction services based on computational resources. Since these are digital services and computing power is consumed upon use, the service is considered fully delivered once credits are added to your account or used for tasks.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy
All credit purchases are final. Once a transaction is confirmed, no refunds will be provided for any reason. We recommend users to perform small-scale tests to ensure the service meets their needs before making large purchases.
3. Service Failure Guarantee
If a task fails due to our internal technical issues, the consumed credits will be returned to your account balance. Note that these credits are only for service use and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
4. Policy for Violations
If an account is banned or suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service, any remaining credits in the account will not be refunded.
5. Billing Inquiries
For any questions regarding your transactions, please contact our support team within 14 days. We are committed to resolving billing errors while upholding our no-refund policy.
